Skills are superpowers you add to your assistant. A skill is a set of written instructions, sometimes with small tools, that teaches your assistant one job, such as planning a long task or writing in a natural voice. You install it once and the assistant uses it when the job comes up. Plugins, hooks and commands are listed here too: they install the same way.
