What it does
What it is
Most Claude Code add-ons are made for programmers. This set is different. Anthropic made one plugin for each kind of office job, for example sales, data, finance, HR, design and customer support.
Each plugin adds ready-made skills. A skill is a set of instructions that Claude follows for one type of task, such as getting ready for a sales call or writing a database query in plain terms.
Who it helps
You work in a business role and you want Claude to follow the habits of that role. You do not want to write long prompts each time.
How to start
- Add the marketplace. A marketplace is a list of plugins.
- Install only the plugin for your job.
- Ask for the task in your own words.
Be careful
Some plugins can link to other services. Read what a plugin connects to before you sign in. Install one plugin first, not all of them.
How to install
claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsclaude plugin install sales@knowledge-work-pluginsHow to use it
Install the plugin for your job, then describe the task in plain words, for example "prepare for my call with this customer". The skills start when they fit. Slash commands such as /sales:call-prep also appear.
What to watch out for
- Some plugins include connector settings that link to outside services such as email or chat. Check the plugin's connector file before you sign in to anything.
- Skills can read the files in your working folder. Start Claude Code in a folder that holds only the files for the task.

How we tested it
We installed it on an empty test computer on 12 Oct 2026. Partly tested: installed in a clean test system, but its main features need an account or key we did not use.
We did not use any skill in a real session. We did not sign in to any connector. We installed only the sales plugin; the other role plugins have the same layout and passed the manifest check.
Technical details of the test
- Date
- 12 Oct 2026
- Method
- Added the marketplace and installed the sales plugin with the Claude Code command line in a clean container with no account. The install worked, the plugin showed as enabled, and the folder held 36 skills and one connector file. We also checked that all 252 skill files in the repository have a name and a description, and that every plugin manifest is valid JSON.
Checked again on 12 Oct 2026
