Service · 0X-AUDIT

An e-commerce store audit that ends with a fix plan.

We check the seven areas that decide whether a store sells: data, speed, SEO, the product feed, ads, the purchase path and the platform. You get a report and a list of fixes ranked by their impact on revenue, not by how easy they are.

Audit scope

What we check in your store.

Every area ends with a list of concrete problems, an estimate of their impact on sales and the cost to fix them.

01

Data and tracking

We compare purchases in GA4, Google Ads and Meta with the orders in your store admin. We check GTM, the server-side setup, Conversions API, Consent Mode v2 and event deduplication.

02

Speed and Core Web Vitals

We measure LCP, INP and CLS for the home page, category pages, product pages and checkout, on phones and desktops. We point to the scripts, images and plugins that slow the store down.

03

Technical SEO

Indexing, sitemaps, canonical URLs, filters and pagination, duplicates, redirects, Product and Offer structured data, internal links between categories.

04

Feed and Merchant Center

Rejected products, missing attributes and GTINs, price and stock consistency with the site, product titles written for searches in Google Shopping and marketplaces.

05

Ad campaigns

Campaign structure, exclusions, low-margin products in Performance Max, customer acquisition cost, POAS instead of ROAS alone, gaps between platform attribution and store data.

06

Purchase path

Product page, cart and checkout step by step: shipping costs, payment methods, forms, errors on phones and abandoned carts.

07

Platform and integrations

Platform and plugin versions, ERP and order management, backups, security, running costs. We tell you whether fixing the current system is cheaper than a migration.

Result

What you get after the audit.

  • A report that describes each problem with screenshots and the data that proves it.
  • A fix list with priority, estimated sales impact and implementation cost.
  • A 90-day plan: what to do in week one, what in month one and what can wait.
  • An online walkthrough (60 minutes), recorded for your team.
  • A quote for the fixes if you want us to implement them. You can also hand the report to your own team.

When it helps

When an audit makes the most sense.

  • Sales have been falling for months and nobody knows why.
  • Ad costs grow faster than revenue.
  • GA4 and the ad platforms do not match your orders.
  • You are changing agencies or taking over a store from another team.
  • You plan a platform migration and want to know if it is necessary.
  • Before peak season: Black Friday, holidays, sales.

FAQ

Frequent questions.

What access do you need for the audit?

Read-only access: store admin, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business, Merchant Center and Search Console. If you use an order management system or an ERP, we ask for a view of the orders. We never need admin passwords.

Does the audit change anything in the store?

No. The audit is an analysis. We implement changes only after you approve the plan and hire us for the fixes.

Which platforms do you audit?

Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, Shoper, IdoSell and custom-built stores, for example on Next.js.

How is this different from an SEO audit?

An SEO audit looks at traffic from Google. We check the whole order path: where customers come from, what they cost, where they drop off and whether your sales data is right. SEO is one of the seven areas.

Can we implement the fixes ourselves?

Yes. The report is written so that your team or another agency can use it without us.
