PR Review Toolkit: six review agents from Anthropic

What it does

What it is

When you send a code change for review, different problems hide in different places. This plugin gives you six specialist reviewers:

comment-analyzer checks that comments still match the code.
pr-test-analyzer checks that tests cover the real behaviour.
silent-failure-hunter finds errors that are hidden instead of reported.
type-design-analyzer reviews how data types are designed.
code-reviewer checks rules and quality.
code-simplifier suggests clearer code.

Who it helps

Anyone who builds with an agent and wants a second pair of eyes before a release.

Be careful

Reviews are advice. A clean report does not prove the code is safe. Read the findings yourself.

How to install

$ /plugin install pr-review-toolkit@claude-plugins-official

How to use it

After you change code, ask for a review in plain words, for example "check whether the tests for this change are good" or "hunt for silent failures". The matching agent runs and reports.

What to watch out for

The agents read your code and git changes. Some can suggest or make edits. Review changes before you accept them.
The reviews are advice. They can miss bugs or flag good code.

How we tested it

We installed it on an empty test computer on 12 Oct 2026. Installed and started in a clean test system. Not yet used in a real AI session.

Test level

We did not run any agent on a real pull request.

Technical details of the test

Date: 12 Oct 2026
Method: Added the official Anthropic marketplace and installed pr-review-toolkit with the Claude Code command line in a clean container with no account. The plugin showed as enabled and the folder held 6 agent files. All 6 have a name and a description.
